From the soils composed of brown/reddish limestone marls on a plateau of rolled pebbles over just a 1 ha of vineyard. Fermentation and aging on the lees in 450 liter barrels for one year.
An intense nose of yellow and white fruit with honey-infused cornucopia of fruit. Yet well balanced and structured, it gives you a zesty fresh finishing. The blend of the six grape varieties that make up this white cuvée unquestionably gives it a special dimension on the aromatic level. You will appreciate this wine with Mediterranean cuisine!
