Notes: A young red wine that is concentrated and smooth with silky tannins and fine aromas of blueberries, currants and cherries. A touch of minerality and woody character. Red fruit predominate on the palate and are rounded off with touches of cocoa and spices, with a refreshing acidity. It is the living expression of Cabernet Franc grapes when ripe, but without their peppery note.

Best to pair with rice with meat, cold meat, roasted red meats or pâté.
