Notes: Very nice, lean style of Chardonnay. Brimming with ripe white fruit and nectarines with candied lemon/lime citrus, honeysuckle and hazelnut; delightfully pure and harmonious with a warming creamy oak consistency and a lovely deft finish. Long and luxurious.
Best to pair with seafood like prawns, lobsters, cooked foie gras. White meats, such as veal and poultry in creamy sauce or goat cheese.
It also goes well with exotic spicy and very fragrant dishes, such as couscous and fish tagines, or shrimps in a sweet and sour sauce or Sushi.
