Notes: With rich and condense red & black fruit aromas of raspberry, sweet spices, violet and rose. Multi layers of liquorices, cedar and vanilia underneath. A firm structure, velvety tannins and delicate texture.
It goes superbly with rib steak, lamb (braised or in brown sauce), and all musky, solidly fibrous meats, fillet of pikeperch or tuna in red-wine sauce. It is at ease with all strong cow-milk cheeses.
