Notes: The Moulin à Vent Rochegrès, with a deep, deep ruby color, delivers a full nose, fresh, spicy and mineral. Its concentrated notes of red fruits (redcurrant, ripe strawberry) followed by notes of black fruits (blackberry and blackcurrant) carry us away. Fleshy and fine, the attack on the palate reveals a straight, round and velvety wine from the start. Beautiful aromatic complexity.
It is a food-friendly wine that goes well with many dishes like cheeses (Camembert and Saint Marcelin) as well as with red meats and poultry.
