Notes:

From the old vines which planted between 1910 and 1955, and the terrior filled with white and pink sand from pink granite and quartz. It creates a Beaujolais with intense structure and full body.

Aged in large oak barrels which is called "foudre" during 15 months., this needed about 2hrs to really open up, but wow was it worth it. Moulin à Vent at it's best! Cherry, earthy, mushrooms, nutmeg and violet. Delicious with bbq provençale sausages. Un-fined and un-filtered, this is very smooth with a nice long finish! This will also do very well in the cellar.
